在当前推动恢复和扩大消费,增强消费对经济发展的基础性作用背景下,探析城市商业中心活力分布与变化特征及其影响因素具有十分重要的意义。本文以武汉市主城区内27处商业中心为例,利用百度热力图分析其在不同特征日时间与空间上的热度变化情况,并采集多元数据构建商业中心活力影响因素指标体系,通过Pearson相关性分析探究显著影响因素与作用机制。研究表明:(1)工作日与休息日商业中心变化特征与居民日常生活节律匹配;(2)与工作日相比,休息日相对热度等级为高水平的商业中心数量有所减少,休息日规模较大的商业中心,如江汉路商业中心,辐射范围增加,吸引的客流比工作日多;(3)工作日商业中心活力的主要影响因素有商业设施密度、轨道交通便捷度、局域集成度以及停车便捷度,休息日商业中心活力的主要影响因素为商业设施密度以及轨道交通便捷度。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of promoting the restoration and expansion of consumption, enhancing the fundamental role of consumption in economic development, it is of great significance to explore the distribution and changes of vitality in urban commercial centers, as well as their influencing factors. Taking 27 commercial centers in the main urban area of Wuhan as an example, we use Baidu thermal map to analyze their heat changes in time and space in different characteristic days. Multiple data are collected to construct an indicator system for the vitality of commercial centers. Pearson correlation analysis is used to explore significant influencing factors and mechanisms. Research has shown that: First, the changing characteristics of commercial centers on weekdays and rest days match the daily life rhythm of residents. Second, compared to weekdays, the number of commercial centers with high relative heat levels on rest days has decreased. Commercial centers with large scale on rest days, such as the Jianghan Road Commercial Center, have increased their radiation range, attracting more passenger flow than that on weekdays.Third, the main influencing factors for the vitality of commercial centers on weekdays include commercial facility density, rail transit convenience, local integration, and parking convenience, while the main influencing factors for the vitality of commercial centers on rest days are commercial facility density and rail transit convenience.
